Khugnu Khan is a mountainous region located in central Mongolia. It is known for its unique landscape of sand dunes, rocky outcrops, and grassy plains, as well as its rich cultural heritage, which includes ancient petroglyphs and ruins of a 17th century monastery.

It is right that the Khustai National Park is the home to wild horses called Przewalski horses or Takhi, in Mongolia. In 2002, the UNESCO certified the Hustai National Park as a member of the world biosphere network of natural reserves. The HNPT enrolled as a member of IUCN in 2007. Because the Park occupies such a vast territory, there is ample opportunity for various outdoor activities such as Takhiand bird watching, hiking, photo shooting and visiting ancient artefacts there.
