We value our customers and strive to provide the best service possible. Please be advised that it is required to remit the full tour price (100 %) no later than 28 days prior to the commencement of the tour. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your tour booking. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy, considering the reasons and considerations mentioned below:
1. Reservation and Accommodation:
We invest time and resources in securing your tourist camps, accommodations, and other arrangements upon receiving your booking. This involves transferring funds and blocking these reservations specifically for your tour. Cancellations can result in financial losses for our business if we are unable to fill the reserved spaces within a limited timeframe.
2. Guide and Driver Reservations:
To ensure a seamless tour experience, we allocate our professional guides and drivers for your specific tour dates. These individuals commit their time and expertise to provide you with the best possible service. Cancellations may disrupt their schedules and result in lost opportunities to accommodate other customers.
3. Fees and Payments:
Our tours involve various fees and payments, such as entrance fees, permits, transportation costs, and other expenses. These fees are typically paid in advance to secure necessary services and resources. If cancellation occurs, we may still be responsible for these payments, resulting in financial loss for our business.
4. Limited Availability:
Some tours or experiences have limited availability due to factors like seasonality, capacity restrictions, or exclusive access to certain locations. By blocking off spaces for your tour, we ensure guaranteed availability for you. However, this means that other potential customers may be turned away once the spaces are reserved. Cancellations can prevent us from accommodating other interested individuals who could have filled those spots.
5. Planning and Preparation:
Organizing a tour involves careful planning, coordination, and preparation to deliver a memorable experience. This includes logistics, itinerary development, supplier arrangements, and other logistical considerations. Cancellations disrupt these preparations and may result in wasted resources and efforts.
Considering these reasons, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellations received at least 60 days prior to the booked tour departure will incur a service charge of US$100 per person. The remaining amount will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made within 60 days of the tour departure, the deposit is non-refundable unless it can be credited towards another trip departing within one to two years.
2. Cancellation Charges for Full Payments:
If you have paid in full and need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will be applied based on the number of days before departure:

Between 40 and 59 days before departure: 20% of the tour cost.

Between 29 and 39 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost.

Between 15 and 28 days before departure: 30% of the tour cost.

14 days or less before departure (or fail to join the tour): 50% of the tour cost.
The calculation of these charges will be based on the total tour cost, excluding the deposit amount.
3. Written Notification:
The cancellation dates mentioned above refer to the date we receive written notification of your cancellation. It is essential to provide written notice of cancellation to ensure accuracy and proper processing.
4. Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that may necessitate cancelling your tour. Travel insurance can help cover any financial losses incurred due to cancellation or other unexpected events.
5. Tour Cancellations by Us:
While rare, we reserve the right to cancel a tour for any reason. If we cancel a tour, all payments made by customers will be fully refunded. Please note that this cancellation policy is subject to change without prior notice.
