3 DAYS: 13TH CENTURY CAMP AND TERELJ NATIONAL PARK

We start our Mongolia Travel from Enza Tours LLC office. Before we start our tour guide and local driver will introduce them. Our first stop will be the tallest horseman statue in the world, dedicated to legendary Mongolian emperor – Chinggis or Genghis Khan, who holds a golden whip in his right hand. In the 13th century, national park visitors can enjoy annual celebrations, customs such as making felt cover for gers, sling wool, the sacred ceremony to praise flag, heaven by sacrificing, wedding, weeping camel, mare milking, singing and organizing the three games of men. Here the guests can dine with Khan and Queens, visit the residents of lords, learn to write in Mongolian scripts and play in the horse-headed fiddle.

Day 1. 13th century National Park and Chinggis Statue

Our first stop will be the tallest horseman statue in the world, dedicated to legendary Mongolian emperor – Chinggis or Genghis Khan, who holds a golden whip in his right hand. Day 2. Terelj National Park

We will explore the extraordinary formation of rocks and stones; some of them look quite similar to turtles. We will visit one of a small Buddhist temple in Terelj national park. Stay overnight in nomadic family’s Ger or Tourist camp. The activity will be one-hour horse riding, hiking and visit the small Buddhist temple.

Day 3. Drive to Ulaanbaatar

We will return to Ulaanbaatar city. This day we will go to the shop at cashmere factory stores of Goyo and the Gobi, the most famous cashmere brand in Mongolia.
