The trip goes back to the 13th Century and experiences the life of a Mongolian legend. There is no better way to explore Mongolia hiking and horse ride. Genghis Khan conquered l and riding his eight light bay horses, which none of his entourage was allowed to touch. However, at this time, his geldings are waiting just for you in Khentii National Park- a beautiful combination of forest, mountain, steppe, rivers and lakes. To evoke the spirit and time of Genghis Khan, each participant can wear traditional costume and accessories of the time, while riding through the l, a landscape that has not much changed since the time of Genghis Khan. We guarantee this trip will be an experience you will never forget.
     Day 1. Blue Lake and Chinggis Statue
Our first stop the tallest horseman-statue in the world, dedicated to legendary Mongolian emperor – Chinggis or Genghis Khaan. We will drive to a small lakeshore lake where Chinggis Khaan was entitled as a Khan of Mongols in 1189and listen to brief historical highlights about a significant event in the history of Mongolia.

     Day 2. Baldan bereeven monastery
We will visit the ruins of Bereeven Monastery. Once here you can walk around exploring the river, natural landscape and wildlife – a great place for photos.

     Day 3-4. Birthplace of Genghis Khan
Today’s destination is Deluun Boldog – Birthplace of Chinggis Khaan who was selected as the ‘Man of the millennium’ of the world was born in 1162 in Dadal village Khentii province.

     Day 5. Uglugch walls
Today’s spot is the ruins of Uglugch walls where the Great Khan was living for some time. This area has some ancient graves and stone monuments. An experimental excavation will be held. In the afternoon try out horse riding and visit a nomad family to discover their way of life, their culture and traditions.

     Day 6. Kherlen Bayan Ulaan Mountain
We will drive to Kherlen Bayan Ulaan Mountain. We will visit the original nomadic family.1 hour horse ride trail.

      Day 7. Terelj National Park
One of the Mongolian tourists attract, Terelj National Park is a picturesque place of high granite cliffs that were eroded by the earth forces creating a magnificent landscape of granite tors as if sculpted by some giant sculptor. Terelj is only 65-70 km east of Ulaanbaatar. Let’s explore the extraordinary formation of rocks and stones; some of them look quite similar to giant turtles and after that visit one of a small Buddhist temple in Terelj national park.
Next point: Chinggis Khaan Monument
Next, we will continue to the Chinggis Khan Statue complex is located in “Tsonjin Boldog,” a historical place where Chinggis Khaan found his golden whip. The statue created as a memorial to the Man of the Millennium “Chinggis Khaan.” The 40-meter high stainless steel statue of Chinggis Khaan on horseback is the largest of its kind in the world.

     Day 8. Drive back to Ulaanbaatar
Return to Ulaanbaatar city. Today we will shop at cashmere factory stores of Goyo and Gobi, the most famous cashmere brands in Mongolia.
